What Happened to Bloxflip, RBXFlip and RBLXWild? Every Closed Roblox Gambling Site (2026)
2026-10-13 · 7 min read · Roblox
If you're searching for Bloxflip, RBXFlip, RBLXWild or Bloxmoon, you've probably noticed they're gone. Here's what happened to each one, and where Robux gambling stands now.
The short version
- RBXFlip: one of the first Robux gambling sites. Named in the 2023 Roblox lawsuit and no longer active; its domain no longer works.
- RBLXWild: named in the same lawsuit. Went offline in 2023, said it was acquired by Bloxmoon, then permanently shut down in December 2024.
- Bloxmoon: permanently ceased operations in December 2024.
- Bloxflip: shut down in December 2024, came back under new ownership, then announced a permanent shutdown in August 2026.
2023: the lawsuit
In August 2023, two parents sued Roblox in federal court, claiming the platform let children gamble Robux on third-party sites and took a cut. The suit named the companies behind RBXFlip, Bloxflip and RBLXWild. It's still going. Read the Roblox gambling lawsuit explained.
Around the same time, RBLXWild went offline with a message saying it had been acquired by Bloxmoon, which appeared shortly after.
December 2024: the Sky News investigation
In December 2024, Sky News investigated three Robux casinos: Bloxflip, Bloxmoon and RBLXWild. It found:
- Users logged in with their Roblox details, wagered Robux, and could cash winnings out as crypto.
- The sites had run since at least 2022 and drew a very young audience. Roblox's own figures say around 42% of its users are under 13.
- One teenager described wagering around £150,000 worth of Robux over several years, starting at 14.
Within days:
- Bloxflip announced an "immediate and permanent shutdown", blaming legal pressure from Roblox's lawyers, and promised refunds.
- Bloxmoon and RBLXWild said they were "permanently ceasing operations" and pointed users to Discord for refunds.
The UK Gambling Commission said it was pleased the sites had shut and that it would keep acting against illegal gambling sites.
2025–2026: Bloxflip comes back, then closes again
Bloxflip didn't stay gone. It relaunched under new ownership with the same branding and the same model: Roblox login, Robux deposits, crypto withdrawals. It also blocked UK users after contact from the Gambling Commission. Press reports in May 2026 noted the relaunch emailed old accounts, suggesting it kept its old user database.
Then on August 23, 2026, Bloxflip announced a permanent shutdown:
- September 1, 2026: deposits and games stopped.
- November 30, 2026: the date Bloxflip gave as its deadline for withdrawals and withdrawal support.
- Users were also offered a balance transfer to Loot.gg. That moves your balance to another site; it isn't a cash withdrawal.
No detailed reason was given beyond the owners deciding "it was time to close the platform."
If you still have a Bloxflip balance: only use the official site or official Discord, and ignore anyone offering faster withdrawals or "account recovery". Shutdowns attract scammers.
Other closed Roblox gambling sites
These have also shut down. Each page lists alternatives:
And one to avoid: GoldPump, which browsers currently flag as a phishing site.
What it means for Roblox players
- Sites can vanish overnight, and refunds aren't guaranteed. Never leave more on a site than you can afford to lose.
- Under 18? Don't gamble. Every one of these closures traces back to minors gambling.
- Watch for copycats. When a big site closes, fake versions and "recovery" scams appear. See free Robux scams.
